01Who operates the Service

帆页HTML在线平台 is currently operated by its independent developer. The online service is available at anchordeck.app. For privacy requests, use the in-product controls or email 3600424623@qq.com; do not post personal or sensitive information in a public GitHub issue.

02Data we process

We process data you provide and limited technical data needed to operate and secure the Service.

• Account data: email address, password hash, verification codes, session records, plan status, and credit activity.
• Project data: HTML files you choose to upload or save, project names, file size, slide count, cloud saves and their optional notes, share-link status, and export metadata.
• AI data: prompts, selected project context, model settings, credit usage, and task results when you request an AI operation.
• API credentials: credentials you choose to save are encrypted on the server; the plaintext key is not returned to the browser after saving.
• Technical data: IP-derived security and region checks, request timing, rate-limit records, error identifiers, and aggregate product analytics.

03How and why we use data

We use account and project data to provide the Service, authenticate users, save and restore projects, process requested AI tasks, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations. Where consent is requested for compatibility improvement, full HTML is processed only while that preference is enabled. You can turn it off in Settings without losing local editing or export.

04AI and service providers

When you request an AI operation, the necessary task context is sent either to the platform AI provider or to the provider configured in your own API profile. Email delivery, hosting, database, storage, and security providers may process limited data on our behalf. Their terms and privacy practices also apply. Do not upload data you are not authorized to process.

05Retention and deletion

Guest projects remain in the current browser until you clear browser data. Cloud projects are retained according to the plan shown in the Service. Free accounts currently keep saved HTML for at least 7 days; Pro accounts keep it for at least 30 days from the latest save, and each new save renews that period. Cleanup may occur after the applicable protection period. Cloud-save counts are limited by plan. Share links expire after 30 days and may be revoked earlier.

• Delete an individual cloud project from Projects. This removes its current file, cloud saves, optional save notes, and active share link.
• Delete your account from Account and Security. This removes the account, cloud projects and cloud saves, share links, saved API profiles, sessions, and credit records.
• Encrypted disaster-recovery backups rotate separately and may retain deleted data for up to six months. Backup data is not used as an active product record and is restored only for service recovery.
• Some minimal records may be retained when required by law, to resolve disputes, or to protect the Service from fraud and abuse. Anonymized data may be retained where it can no longer identify you.

06Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal data, and to withdraw consent. The in-product project and account deletion controls provide immediate self-service deletion. Mandatory legal exceptions may apply.

07Security

We use password hashing, HTTP-only sessions, encrypted API credentials, same-origin checks, rate limiting, sandboxed previews, and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep local exports of important work and use dedicated, limited API keys.

08International use

The Service and its providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards should be used. Local laws may provide additional rights that are not limited by this Policy.

09Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. If local law requires a higher age for independent consent, that higher age applies. Contact the operator if you believe a child submitted personal data without valid authorization.

10Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as the Service changes. Material changes will be shown in the Service with a new effective date. For the fastest deletion request, use Account and Security. For other privacy requests, email 3600424623@qq.com.
