01The Service
帆页HTML在线平台 helps you open, adapt, edit, save, restore, and export HTML presentations. Some features work locally in your browser; account, cloud, and AI features require server processing. Features may change as the Service develops.
02Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to accept these Terms and be at least 16, or the higher minimum age required where you live. Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and promptly report unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
03Early-user numbers and titles
Labels such as “founding member” and registration numbers are commemorative product features for early users and sharing. They do not represent company shares, equity, dividends, voting rights, returns, or an investment relationship. Numbers shown before signup are live estimates; the number confirmed after successful registration is final.
04Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant the operator a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service according to your settings. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use the content.
05AI and third-party services
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review all output before relying on or publishing it. Third-party AI, email, hosting, and API services are governed by their own terms. When you use your own API key, you are responsible for provider charges, permissions, limits, and key security.
06Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, probe infrastructure, abuse rate limits, impersonate others, process content without authorization, or generate deceptive, harmful, or unlawful material. We may limit or suspend access to protect users and the Service.
07Plans, credits, and payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Free features, credits, limits, and introductory pricing may change. Eligible first-time subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. The first charge is made only after the trial ends; you may stop automatic renewal before then to avoid a charge. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. One-time AI credit packs do not change your plan or start automatic renewal. For a one-time credit pack, you may request a refund within 14 days after payment. Requests are handled based on remaining unused credits, actual service delivery, and applicable law; the portion corresponding to credits already used is generally not refundable. If a partial refund, refund, reversal, or chargeback is confirmed, the corresponding credits may be revoked. During a refund, chargeback, fraud, or abuse review, paid Platform AI may be temporarily restricted and sent for manual review, without limiting access to, editing of, or export of local content. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. The payment provider may handle refunds or chargebacks under applicable law and network rules. Platform AI credits are service units, are not money, and have no cash value. Trial and paid Pro credits are added once per UTC day up to the balance cap displayed on the plans page; they are not cleared each day but expire when the trial or subscription entitlement ends. Purchased credits remain long-term while the account exists and the order has not been refunded, reversed, or charged back, and are spent after subscription and promotional credits.
08Cloud saves, sharing, and backups
Cloud saves are convenience features, not a substitute for your own backups. They are created only when you manually choose Save to cloud and can fail because of network, browser, quota, or service conditions. Read-only share links expose the latest manual cloud save to anyone who has the link until it is revoked, deleted, or expires. You are responsible for sharing the link only with intended recipients. Keep local exports of important work. Deleted projects, cloud saves, and accounts cannot be restored.
09Availability and changes
We aim to provide a stable Service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, modify, limit, or discontinue features. When practical, material changes affecting paid users will be announced in advance.
10Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, abuse, non-payment, or legal requirement. Clauses that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute terms—will survive.
11Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
12Governing terms and contact
These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Before filing a formal claim, email the operator at 3600424623@qq.com so both sides can try to resolve the issue. We may update these Terms with a new effective date; continued use after a material update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
